Official Records Contacts

Pickett County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody or release, post bond, release anyone, or pull an official booking record. Contact the government office that holds the record or custody information directly.

Pickett Arrest and Records Contacts

A Byrdstown or Pickett arrest can leave different records with the Sheriff, the county records coordinator, the Fentress facility, and the court. Use the office that matches the question. The research did not locate a separate Byrdstown police booking system or a public Pickett online roster with photographs.

For a copy or photograph request, the dated county policy says to use a written request with a detailed record description and Tennessee citizenship proof. Name the person, a bounded date range, the record type, and the arresting agency. The Sheriff should be named for an arrest report; the PRRC can route a county request; Fentress can answer facility-side questions for someone housed there for Pickett.

The following distinctions help keep a custody inquiry from being mistaken for a records request or a court search.

  • For a Pickett arrest report, booking record, or the identity of the image custodian, start with the Pickett County Sheriff's Office.
  • For current facility-side custody, transfer, or release questions, contact Fentress County Jail. Its public page did not show an online inmate roster.
  • For a formal public-records request, use the Pickett PRRC process described in the county policy and cite the specific record wanted.
  • For a court date, case number, disposition, or expungement starting point, use the Tennessee court clerk directory for the court where the case originated.
  • For a state-sentenced offender, use the Tennessee Department of Correction FOIL offender search, which is not a current Pickett booking feed.
  • For a federal or immigration custody question, use the official BOP Inmate Locator or ICE detainee locator when the situation fits those systems.

For an explanation of the local search sequence, records-request details, and the weekly newspaper intake lead, use the Pickett County home page. A personal warrant question is addressed through the official contacts described on Wanted Fugitives, not through this private site.
